We have an immediate opportunity for a Personal Banker.  We are seeking a passionate individual with top-notch customer service skills to join our dynamic team. This role reports directly to our Branch Manager and offers endless potential for personal and professional growth.

Your Mission:

Sales Dynamo : As our frontline ambassador, you'll take the lead in promoting and selling our suite of CU deposit and loan products. From processing transactions to handling inquiries, you'll be the driving force behind our members' financial success.

Customer Care Champion : Member satisfaction is our top priority, and you'll be at the forefront of ensuring every interaction is a positive one. Whether it's answering questions or resolving concerns, your professionalism and friendliness will shine through in every phone call, email, or chat.

Relationship Builder : Building strong connections is what sets us apart, and you'll be the glue that holds it all together. From assisting with account openings to providing expert guidance on our services, you'll be the go-to person for all things member-related.

Performance Superstar : With an eye for detail and a passion for excellence, you'll ensure that every financial service function is performed with precision and in accordance with established policies and regulations.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring to the Table:

Education : A high school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge : Understanding of Teller policies, Credit Union operations, and financial services.

Experience : Six months to two years of experience in a similar role.

Skills : Excellent communication, analytical, and public relations skills. Bonus points for bilingual Spanish proficiency!

Additional Information

Compensation:  $22.50-24.50/hr agressive monthly incentives
