We are seeking a professional Accounts Receivable Clerk to join a growing team in Greenville, SC . This is a full time, hybrid , temporary position. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of relevant AR experience and will be comfortable with SAP software.
Job Description:
- Post customer payments
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger
- Ensure compliance with Company Policies and Procedures
- Follow up on collections and allocate payments
- Conduct account research and analysis
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts receivable aging reports
- Investigate and resolve customer deductions and inquiries
- Communicate with customers via phone and email
- Assist with month-end closing
- Assist with audits
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- Associates degree in Accounting (Preferred)
- 2 years of AR expereince
- Strong SAP knowledge
- Expereince with Excel (Pivot Tables & V-Lookups)
Hours:
- Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
- Hybrid work schedule
- Temporary assignment
Pay:
- $22.00 - $26.00 hourly
