A manufacturing company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist in Greenville, SC to provide hands-on support for recruiting, onboarding, training, benefits, compensation, payroll, and employee relations. This position is direct hire and 100% onsite with full time hours.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate expertise in recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, and labor relations
• Responsible for benefits administration, safety, workers’ compensation, wage administration, training administration, performance management, talent management, and recruitment strategies
• Review, improve, and effectively communicate policies and procedures
• Research and remain compliant with employment law
• Support a culture of diversity, equity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork
• Build strong internal relationships
• Maintain the HRIS system

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• SHRM and PHR preferred
• Proficient in MS Office and HRIS (ADP Workforce preferred)
• 2-5 years of HR experience, manufacturing experience preferred
• Detail-oriented, resourceful, and diligent
• Strong initiative and adaptability
• Customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, establish trust and credibility, and act with complete integrity
• Strong time management and organizational skills

• $60,000 - $65,000
