Our client, a financial services company, is hiring a Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This is an onsite position with standard work hours.
Responsibilities :
- Provide support with litigation matters assigned by management or in-house counsel
- Provide support as a record’s custodian in witnessing, in mediations, in depositions, in trials, in arbitrations, and in discovery requests
- Investigate and perform account level reviews and provide recommendations to management and in-house counsel based upon those investigations
Qualifications :
- 2 years of litigation experience within a corporate legal department or law firm
- Paralegal certification preferred
- Ability to quickly and accurately evaluate new matters and assess the applicability of relevant statutes, codes, and regulations
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000-$60,000 annual salary bonus
- Supplemental benefits including (but not limited to): parental leave, infertility & adoption assistance, mental health support, free physical therapy resources, etc.
- Up to a 4.5% match on 401k
