Maintenance Technician needed for reputable company in Greenville. Must have hands on experience with hydraulic/pneumatic presses.

Responsibilities:

• Performing preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting, and resolving equipment issues in a prompt manner.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a maintenance plan to keep all areas of the facility operating on schedule.
• Work hand in hand with contracted technicians when needed to quickly resolve equipment issues.
• Manage and maintain the Company’s spare part list and all necessary materials needed to perform timely repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Submitting RFQs for all required parts, materials, and tools.
• Working with Plant Manager for contracts with external technicians (as needed).
• Maintaining all required maintenance records using Microsoft office as well as the company’s CMMS software.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience working with contractors, suppliers, technical support teams.
• Must have hands on experience with hydraulic/pneumatic presses
• Experience calling suppliers and ordering parts themselves
• Ensuring that safety is always the top priority.
• Willingness to be on call on weekends and off shift.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to manage their workload. Self-motivated.
• Familiarity with 5S protocols.
• Must be able to pass drug and background screen

Pay: $72,000-75,000k
