Description

• Review existing products and systems to ensure they are customized for optimal customer operation and meet customer budgets and timeline
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, equipment manufacturers, R&D, engineering team, and sales team to better understand product needs and to assist in the development of those products
• Write proposals and provide quotes to clients based on customer specifications
• Create 3-D renderings or CAD drawings
• Test products and process to ensure efficiency and quality and improve when necessary
• Address customer concerns with product by reviewing and improving product through collaboration with other teams and hands-on testing and improvements
• Help sales and marketing teams by training them on proper terminology and technical information to help them better talk about products
• Work in office Monday-Friday 8-5 with 20% of the position requiring on-site travel

Compensation

• $60-$85k/year DOE and degree (rare, but could go up for the right experience to about $115k/year)
• Up to 20% annual bonus
