A highly niched, virtual event company based in Charleston, SC is seeking an experienced Project Manager . Candidates will lead the charge when it comes to planning, strategizing, implementing, and coordinating every aspect of various projects. This is an onsite position, based in Charleston, SC.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the founders, team members, vendors, and partners to ensure every project is executed with excellence
• Daily communication and collaboration with team members, vendors, partners, clients, venues, sales managers, creative teams, etc. on every project scope
• Holding others accountable to timelines, project scopes, and deliverables
• Defining and outlining tasks at a granular level with proper direction, clear objectives, and appropriate resources
• Develop full scale and comprehensive project plans, build and manage implementation team, create timelines, and define resource allocation requirements and responsibilities
• Track deliverables and milestones using appropriate tools
• Provide continual direction and support to team members, vendors, partners, etc.
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of projects (timelines, deliverables, sales, budgets, etc.)
• Present reports defining project progress, challenges and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve the appropriate project outputs
• Project evaluations and assessment of results
• Oversee and manage internal and external teams including recruiting and managing outside vendors and independent contractors (including securing temporary help if needed)
• Creating and managing the master production schedules, and strictly adhering to timelines and due dates
• Communicating with clients on an ongoing basis, keeping them up to date on schedules, changes, challenges, etc.
• Create a plan of execution for complex fulfillment (to ensure everything goes smoothly and correctly)
• SOP processes and procedures for the production department to help the production team get quicker and faster every time!

Qualifications:

• 5 years in project management
• 2 years management experience
• Bachelor's degree

Compensation & Benefits:
