Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality healthcare to patients
- Assess new patients and create tailored care plans
- Treat patients and set specific, functional goals
- Educate patients about treatment options and home exercises
- Supervise aides and monitor patient progress
- Integrate pain management into patient care
- Decide when to discharge patients and provide guidance on proper mechanics and strategies
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Maintain an appropriate level of productivity
- Participate in research studies and contribute to protocol development
- Offer feedback on policies, procedures, and strategy
- Address patient feedback and complaints in a prompt and professional manner
- Continuously update skills with the latest research and techniques
- Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 7 PM
- Flexible scheduling within operational hours
