Finding Me Now Learning Center is looking for a qualified full time Teacher for our infant classroom.
We are a NAEYC accredited and PTQ level 4 provider. For almost 50 years in Indiana, Finding Me Now has stepped up our program to build on the traditional daycare tenets of love & play to create a modern learning program powered by our highly qualified educators.

‣‣‣ Qualifications:
‣‣ Education - Diploma or GED required. CDA, Associate or Bachelor in ECE or strong desire to get started also required.
‣‣ Experience - Experience in ECE and knowledge of State, NAEYC, and PTQ classroom regulations
‣‣ Physical - Must be able to lift 40 pounds and work actively in the classroom
‣‣ Communication - Must communicate effectively and positively with parents, children, and co-workers
‣‣‣ Job Requirements: - Assist the Lead teacher in the following areas:
‣‣ Child Relationships - Build positive, trusting relationships full of love and encouragement with each child
‣‣ Parent Interactions - Build great working relationships with parents to encourage parent involvement
‣‣ Health and Safety - Maintain health and safety regulations in classroom
‣‣ Curriculum - Develop and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans
‣‣ Assessment - Observe and assess each child’s development
‣‣ Training - Maintain training hours as required by Paths to Quality
‣‣ Classroom Management - Establish routines, guide behavior, and teach problem-solving skills
