This management position is responsible for the service operation which includes both the employee experience as well as the experience for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for running a successful operation & maintain our high volume service department
- Development of talent and the overall production and profitability of the department.
- Will lead a team of advisors and technicians in performing all services offered by a new car dealership including warranty work
- Responsible for the overall experience of the service department
- Offers support to the other departments of the dealership
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to deal with customers, employees and vendors.
- At least 2 year of automotive management and automotive customer service experience
- Experience with implementing structured business processes
- A hard-working can-do attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and management skills
- Excel knowledge and proficient ability
