Findlay Toyota is looking for highly qualified full time phone specialists to work in our Business Development Center, setting appointments for our Toyota Sales & Service customers. Business Development Center Representative is responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company's sales & service goals.
Drive traffic for the sales & service departments by setting appointments for prospective customers by:

• Handling incoming calls and following up on customer visits in a prompt, professional and courteous manner.
• Internet Sales experience is a strong plus.
• Following up with past customers
• Must be willing and able to make a high volume of outbound calls each day.
• Must have excellent communication skills (Good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice)
• Notify necessary departments to inform of appointments set.
• Forward customers concerns to the correct department Manager and follow-up.
• Prior sales, service BDC, receptionist, call center, or BDC experience a plus but will train the right candidate
• Must be a team player
• Great communication skills
• Ability to multi task
• Strong computer & phone skills
• Bi-lingual a plus
• Experience preferred but willing to train

Schedule: Monday - Saturday with day off during the week.
