Job Description: As a Customer Service Specialist at Fineline, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. Your dedication to delivering outstanding service will contribute to our company's success and reputation. The ideal Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the daily maintenance of select accounts with detailed customer purchase entries.
