Job Description: As a Customer Service Specialist at Fineline, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. Your dedication to delivering outstanding service will contribute to our company's success and reputation. The ideal Customer Service Specialist is responsible for the daily maintenance of select accounts with detailed customer purchase entries.
Reports To: Customer Relations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support: 

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and returns.
  • Address customer concerns and address issues promptly and professionally.

Product Knowledge:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.

Communication:

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Offer guidance and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Maintain a friendly and positive attitude while dealing with challenging situations.

Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in our system.
  • Report recurring issues to the appropriate department for resolution and process improvement.

Problem Solving:

  • Analyze customer problems and provide effective solutions, escalating issues as needed.
  • Work with other team members to identify and implement proactive customer support solutions.

Customer Feedback:

  • Gather and report customer feedback to management for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve products and services based on customer input.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all customer interactions.

Marketing:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photo shop and Marketing Experience.
  • Previous experience in Marketing.

Requirements:

  • Detailed Customer Purchase Order Entries.
  • High Volume Customer Service via Phone or Email.
  • A strong understanding of company products lines to better assist customers with any questions.
  • Input text based and numerical information.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Customer Service and Data Entry Experience.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel with specific attention to details.
  • Knowledge of pivot tables and analytics preferred.
