SUMMARY: Responsible for any Sato cutting activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and established policies and procedures. Select jobs that have earlier due dates and use the correct cartridge Clean machine thoroughly prior to starting any job Put order into Sato Cutter or Ultra Sonic Cutter machine and set to correct cutting size. Make sure that cut tickets meet quality standards. Clean the machine regularly, especially if the machine is not cutting at 100% level Oil the cartridge as needed Report all machine issues to supervisor Minor maintenance can be done but operator must follow safety standards Provide a premium product to the customers. Clean area before shift ends by dusting all machines and sweeping the floor surroundings Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: · SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: · POSITION TYPE/REQUIRED HOURS OF WORK: · Ex: This is a full-time position. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 40 hours per week. No travel is required for this position. This position requires the employee to work on-site at the facility they are assigned to.
