Your team is filled with experts in all areas of software/hardware/mechanical engineering, marketing experts and manufacturing experts. At your disposal is a set of proven product development procedures and 100’s of reference design. Your mission will be to use these tools to produce a product that creates a ROI.

You will be someone with:

• Proven Expertise in Software Design: Strong background in designing complex software systems, with a deep understanding of architectural patterns, frameworks, and the ability to create scalable and maintainable architectures for cloud applications
• Versatility Across Technologies: Ability to work with a variety of programming languages and platforms, with a special focus on cloud technologies and experience in hardware integration for diverse industry applications
• Leadership and Team Management: Experienced in leading small teams of software engineers, with skills in mentoring, guiding, and motivating team members, while ensuring project milestones and objectives are met
• Innovative Problem-Solving Skills: Creative and analytical approach to problem-solving, capable of conceptualizing new and innovative solutions that align with the strategic goals of start-ups and can adapt to changing product requirements
• Excellent Communication and Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating effective collaboration across various departments and with external partners
