Finjan Coffee Co is looking for friendly and talented individuals with strong hospitality standards and Barista experience to join it's leadership team as an Assistant Manager.

Our Assistant Managers receive compensation from $25 - 26/hour (includes base pay of $21 tips ranging from $4-5/HR).

Assistant Managers are part of our Leadership team and work alongside the General Manager.

In addition to applying here, all candidates will be expected to complete a Assessment Test that will be sent to candidates via email.

Our Assistant Managers s must have the following qualifications:

• One to two years’ full service, high volume, coffee shop experience
• Management Experience
• Strong coach - gives effective feedback, grows the team every day
• Organized
• Ready to master every position in the restaurant before trying to teach someone else
• Cares about people - builds relationships with guests
• Humble - eager to learn from a dynamic, growing restaurant group
• Familiar with POS systems
• Comfortable in the kitchen, skilled at ordering & inventory
• Food Handler's Card and/or Serve Safe Certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to motivate and direct team members and work effectively in management team
• Keen attention to detail
• Proven problem-solving
• Ability to stand and walk around a restaurant to supervise operations for 8-10 hours
• Ability to lift 50-80 pounds
• Ability to bend, stoop, and raise arms above head on occasion
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience working in a hands-on, fast paced, high volume environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflict and provide direction to your teams
• Involvement/understanding of managing inventory, cost of goods and overall control of financials

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
