Responsibilities
•Attend phone appointments with property owners, build trust, and close the deal
•Keep track of your goals and daily metrics
•Attend daily training and continuously sharpen your skills
•Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
•Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
•Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
•Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
•Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Qualifications
•Requires a positive attitude with the ability to accept feedback as well in addition to providing feedback to the team
•Leadership experience managing a team and driving them to victory/success
•Great communication and social skills
•Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
•Self-motivation and drive
•Tech savvy
•A successful and proven sales history is preferred
