Job Description
Design Consultant Opening
We are looking for an outgoing, artistic and detail oriented person to assist customers with their tile, stone and flooring projects in our expanding Annapolis showroom. As a showroom interior design consultant our roll is to sell tile, stone and flooring by providing unmatched products and customer service.
- Exceptional customer service

- If you love interior design and have an eye for color, this opportunity is for you
- Process purchase orders and/or sample request promptly
- Understand and maintain tile basics and product knowledge of Compass's offerings
- Maintain showroom appearances
- Putting materials away
- Clean organized work stations
- Assist with store cleanliness
- Key customer contact
- Responsible for recommending solutions, options, quoting, selling and the fulfillment of orders
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- Must be willing to work on Saturdays 9am - 1pm
- No evening hours or Sundays
This position can be part time or a full time position. Saturdays are required. 9am - 1 pm.
This is salary plus an aggressive bonus structure.
