Finnan, Fleischut & Associates office is looking to hire an Business Immigration Paralegal-Case Manager with employment-based immigration experience.

The Paralegal-Case Manager will work as part of a team, under the direction of the Managing Attorney and Senior Attorney, representing employers in sponsoring foreign workers for immigration benefits. Our Paralegal-Case Manager will be responsible for drafting government forms, writing detailed persuasive letters, maintaining files, reviewing documents, identifying issues, and communicating with clients. Other duties include:

• Perform intake of cases once assigned
• Draft forms and letters & compile documents and petitions for attorney review
• Draft legal documents such as RFEs
• Build knowledge of the firm and client processes
• Stay active in immigration database recording, record keeping, and document preparation
• Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues
• Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree (Required)
• PERM, Immigrant Visa Application/Petition, AOS preparation experience of at least two years
• Be able to handle a mid-level volume of immigration cases

The salary range for this position is $70k-$80k annually. This salary range represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, and skill set.
