Establish, coordinate, and facilitate cognitive programming and classes; complete all required documentation

• Establish, coordinate, and facilitate cognitive programming and classes based on the risk level of targeted clients; this includes all scheduling, monitoring, establishment of referral process, and other administrative aspects.Cognitive programs will adhere to the curriculum selected by the Kansas Department of Corrections and the agency. This position is responsible for quality and content of the material delivered to client groups.
• Coordinate services between the agency, client, and service providers.
• Develop and maintain current and accurate information on client database(s); ensure compliancy with all applicable regulations and policies.
• Create marketing material to inform the community of services.

Monitor the quality and fidelity of programs and classes

• Maintain contact with client on a scheduled basis as appropriate to their needs and status.
• Monitor programs and classes for quality and fidelity. Responsibilities may include tracking participants who start and finish, monitoring progress to reduce failures, ensuring timely and accurate electronic data entries, providing progress reports, and facilitating in-person discussions within assigned deadlines.

Complete other support functions as required.

• Assist with other department duties as required
• Attend all meetings, trainings, workshops, and classes for continuing education.
• Testify in court as needed.
