Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Behavioral Health Technician. The Behavioral Health Technician will be responsible for implementing behavior analysis techniques, conducting applied behavior analysis, providing behavioral intervention and support, and assisting in the overall psychological development of individuals. This role requires excellent communication skills and a dedication to improving the lives of individuals with autism.

Qualifications

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in behavioral intervention and support
• Background or education in psychology
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Patient and compassionate demeanor
• Experience working with individuals with autism is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field
• Pass RBT Certification (we will help you study)
• Active CPR
• Must have reliable transport as you will be going in-home

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
• Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
