Role Description
This is a full-time Restoration Estimator role located in Portland, OR with flexibility for some remote work. As a Restoration Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing and estimating the cost of exterior/interior renovation and restoration projects. You will collaborate with the team to develop accurate and competitive proposals, communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met, and oversee the project from estimation to completion.
Qualifications
- Experience in estimating and cost analysis for insurance and non-insurance renovation and restoration projects
- Strong knowledge of construction is not required but very beneficial. Experince with water, fire, mold and other restoration types of projects is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately assess project requirements
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in using Xactimate, excel, word and outlook.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and a vehicle will be supplied along with everything else needed for this position
- Experience in the multifamily property management or construction industry is a plus.
