FINRA is Hiring a Paralegal, Enforcement Near New York, NY
Provide investigative and legal support to Enforcement. Essential Job Functions:
Perform legal research for staff attorneys.
Assist with preparing exhibits and sharing exhibits for on-the-record testimony.
Assist with customer interviews and prepare memorandum.
Assist investigators with investigative tasks such as data entry and updating and maintaining the case management system and document files.
Review and synopsize transcripts.
Assist with review of documents sent to the Office of Disciplinary Affairs.
Other Responsibilities:
Work on special projects as assigned.
Education/Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate or significant relevant experience.
Strong oral and written communication skills and competence on a desk top computer.
Experience in a legal setting preferred.
Proficiency in Lexis/Nexis. Proficiency in Excel, Access, iManage and Summation a strong plus.
Work Conditions:
Normal office conditions.
