Job Title: New Accounts Coordinator (Inside Sales Representative) Roles & Responsibilities: Build strong connections with customers to understand their platform needs and preferences, fostering trust and loyalty. Reconnect with inactive users in the application process, assisting them, addressing their queries, and re-engaging them. Keep informed about market trends, news, and developments to provide optimal support to customers. Inform clients about the company’s futures trading platform, account opening procedures, and funding options. Expectations & Requirements: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. Holding a Series 3 License is advantageous but not essential for employment. Demonstrated experience in customer engagement and networking. Familiarity with financial markets, including futures products, is beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to communicate these effectively to customers. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, efficiently managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite. Maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical behavior. Previous experience in New Accounts or client-facing roles is desirable.
