- Forecasting - Lead production forecasting process for multiple products lines.
- Production Planning & Scheduling - Plan and schedule co-packer production based on forecast.
- Purchasing of Raw Materials - Coordinate with all vendors to ensure accurate quantities of materials are purchased and delivered on time to support production schedule.
- Co-packer Management & Quality Control - Manage co-packers to ensure that all deliverables are being met at a high standard. Ensure all quality standards are being met and necessary reporting Is delivered timely and accurately.
- Co-packer Development - Identify, qualify and onboard no co-pack partners as necessary to support the growth of the business.
- Supplier Development - Identify and onboard new material suppliers.
- Cost Management - Ensure that all Items are being produced at cost targets. Identify opportunities to Improve costs.
- Warehouse Management - Oversee 3PL warehouses to receive, store, ship and re-pack products as necessary.
- Order Processing & Logistics Management - Oversee operations team to process, schedule, ship and deliver orders accurately and on time.
- Warehouse Development - Identify, qualify and onboard new 3PL partners as necessary.
- Inventory Management - Coordinate with Inventory manager to ensure all Inventory reporting is accurate and up to date In ERP system.
- Drive continuous Improvement across all co-pack and 3PL partners to ensure optimal performance across supply chain.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field required.
- 7 years' experience in the beverage/food industry.
- Proven track-record of successful co-packer and warehouse management.
- Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office, Outlook
- Experience working with Netsuite or similar ERP system In a manufacturing and Inventory management capacity.
- Ability to thrive In a fast-paced environment
- Will require travel to co-packers, 3PL warehouses
