The employee will perform a variety of accounting tasks, including receiving, tracking, and processing contracts, accounts receivable, preparing deposits, applying invoice payments, generating customer statements, and collections. This position also helps with other administrative duties such as providing back-up for accounts payable and answering phones.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Minimum two years office type experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office
• Intermediate experience with PDF software
• Experience with Quickbooks
• Proficient in general computer and internet usage
• Can multitask and efficiently switch job roles at a moment's notice
• Motivated and reliable
• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team member to support the company goals
• Be detail-oriented, dependable, and willing to apply yourself 100% every day
• Communicate well with others
• Background checks may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
