FPSG is looking for a Fire Protection Engineering Manager for our Clinton, TN headquarters. The job is to lead and develop a growing engineering department for a specialty fire protection contractor performing (primarily) nuclear work to ASME NQA-1 standards.
FPSG’s primary focus is NFPA 770 Hybrid Fire Extinguishing Systems for a wide range of demanding applications ranging from Plutonium gloveboxes to hydroelectric turbines to subterranean nuclear facilities, including commercial grade dedication of the associated components and materials. The maturation of hybrid technology coincident with the discontinuation of various clean agents has provided tremendous opportunities for growth.
The successful candidate for this position will need to be compatible with FPSG’s company ethos – which depends heavily on the initiative, teamwork, creativity and participation of all our employees – and understand that this is NOT a 40 hour per week job. We believe that a positive, collaborative working environment not only fuels the creativity and drive necessary for our collective success, but does so in a manner that fosters individual learning, professional growth and a healthy work/life balance.
