Fire Rover, LLC is seeking candidates to serve as the company’s Accounting Administrator. We are a rapidly growing custom fire suppression company that has multiple departments and revenue streams. We are looking for an individually motivated and accountable person with the right mix of a professional yet laid back attitude. We have unique challenges as a leader in our field and as a growing organization that is expanding internationally.

In addition, qualified applicants must demonstrate knowledge, proven experience, and skill in the following areas:

- Strong focus on AR/AP

· Data entry in multiple platforms

· Ability to reconcile vendor and client accounts through multiple platform cross checking

· Desire to be a self-starter and independently motivated

· Strong ability to research and execute ever changing accounting requirements

· Professional and pleasant etiquette with vendors, clients, and coworkers

· Ability to work from multiple locations if needed

· Ability to take direction from multiple coworkers

· Ability to collect and analyze data from multiple resources

· Strong organizational skills and accountability

· Sales tax compliance across multiple states and countries

· Keeping up with Insurance certifications and state business requirements

· Financial analysis to increase company performance

· Experience with QuickBooks online and CRMs/SAPs

· Experience working with outside accounting firms for financial audits

- Experience with Sales Tax is multiple states

Requirements

· A college degree in accounting or equivalent

· Ability to multi-task, including directing staff and coordinating with third-party vendors

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Proven problem-solving skills

· A working knowledge of manufacturing and fabrication processes

· Strong organizational skills

· United States citizenship required

The ideal candidate may have previously worked as: Accounting Clerk – Bookkeeper -- Accounting Manager -- Accounts Payable – Accounts Receivable
