Firebird AST is seeking an onsite WMD Analyst with an active Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly clearance to provide military exercise support to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Washington, D.C. The WMD analyst will be responsible for conducting all source analysis on WMD and CBRNE intelligence priorities during military exercises and wargames. The contract is pending; anticipated award is August 2024.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform all-source analytic production on WMD, e.g. CBRNE analysis and participates in collection activities supporting strategic and tactical intelligence priorities and responses to military training operations.
• Provide analysis and collection support to WMD threats, CBRNE and counterterrorism nexus, missiles and delivery systems, advanced weapons, and related military activities and operations.
• Attend and participate in exercise planning meetings.
• Participate in Hot Washes and development of lessons learned and final reports.

REQUIRED

• Active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree.
• CWMD and CBRNE Intelligence Analysis experience.
• Experience using intelligence tools and databases (Ex: PALANTIR, Analyst Notebook, TAC, etc).
• Experience planning military exercises and wargaming.
• Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but will consider years of experience.

CLEARANCE

• Active/current DoD Top Secret/SCI with CI Poly.

PREFERRED

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Active TS/SCI with CI Poly.
