Firehouse Subs is Hiring a Shift Leader Near Hoffman, IL
REPORTS TO: General ManagerCome and work for the #1 Sandwich Brand in the country as ranked by both Technomic and Market Force!!!We are seeking reliable Shift Leaders who are available for Closing Shift (approx 4pm-close) including weekends at our Hoffman Estates location.
The Shift Leader is a Brand Ambassador who embraces our service oriented culture. They are the leader of their specific shift. They teach by example, ensuring proper procedures are followed and staff is performing assigned job duties properly and to completion. They are accountable for efficient and profitable execution of all standards of operation designed to deliver high quality products in a safe, timely, and sanitary manner.
Firehouse Subs is not your ordinary sub shop. We were founded by real firefighters with our stores being full of hard-working, fun-loving people with a genuine drive for success. We’re currently seeking full and part-time candidates to be part of the team in a fun, fast paced environment - where giving back is the heart of it all!!!

This year, Firehouse of America and Firehouse Subs suppliers will together donate a portion of purchases at Firehouse Subs locations to the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation for the purchase of lifesaving equipment, with a minimum donation of $1 million.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 17 yrs old with reliable transportation to and from work
- One (1) year previous restaurant/food service experience required
- Must possess Excellent Customer Service skills!
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a stress free attitude
- Maintain work area in a neat, organized, stocked, sanitary, and safe condition
- Maintain company standards of appearance and hygiene
- ServSafe Food Handlers Certificate (obtained within 30 days of hiring)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
