Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Team Member to join our dynamic team. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Duties:
- Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and operate Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Prepare food items following established recipes and food safety guidelines
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Support sales efforts by upselling menu items and promoting specials

Skills:
- Proficiency in basic math for cash handling and order accuracy
- Experience in food service or related industry preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, preferably Aloha POS
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions
