We are a family owned property management company searching for a talented and experienced property coordinator to join our team. In addition to being a flexible and organized team player, our ideal candidate would have experience in:
-Writing and managing internet listings
-Handling phone and email inquiries on vacancies
-Scheduling showings and gathering feedback
-Following up with prospects
-Processing applications
-Handling lease documents
-Scheduling move in appointments
-Microsoft/Windows applications
Experience with Appfolio or another property management software system highly desired.
