We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Customer Solutions Representative - Accounting Focus to join our team in Denver. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting or finance, demonstrate excellent sales support skills, and be dedicated to ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay: $19-$22 an hour

- Demonstrate leadership qualities by promptly and courteously assisting customers across various communication channels.
- Embrace empathy, patience, and effective communication skills to address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in financial data entry, funding, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales and service teams to address customer billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Work in tandem with the sales and service teams, acquiring essential Estimated Time of Arrival (ETAs) and providing invaluable support for sales-related tasks.
- Process sales orders, track shipments, and assist in pulling and analyzing data for reports.
- Engage customers by providing updates on delivery schedules and ensuring accurate contact information for a positive customer experience.
- Proactively troubleshoot issues, striving for accurate and satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our company's diverse products and services for effective responses to customer queries.
- Review sales orders meticulously, gather essential information, and coordinate installation timelines to ensure a seamless transition from sales to installation to service.
- Handle customer complaints promptly, offering tailored solutions, and ensuring diligent follow-up for complete customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, efficiently manage accounts, and aid in crucial administrative tasks, including database maintenance.
- Customer support or client services background.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in adapting/responding to diverse customer needs and preferences.
- Strong problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, and Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (not required).
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Preferred: One year of accounting experience (not required).
- Preferred: One year of customer service or retail experience (not required).
