About the Opportunity:

Seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing for a Dallas-based sales team booking approx. $20m annually, with a goal of $25m in 2025. Team sells Life Safety/Safety Technology via the construction vertical, and incoming Director is expected to have experience with both the technology and the vertical. Incoming Director is expected to exhibit tactical and strategic thinking, and is expected to be able to articulate those views concisely and accurately. The ability to engagingly speak to groups of people is required. Significant sales and sales management experience is required. The ability to establish, understand and interpret metrics is important. Personal computer skills and Algebra-level math skills are required. Bachelor’s or equivalent is required. Advanced education preferred.
