First Acceptance Insurance Company is Hiring a Remote Remote Clerical Support Representative(Hybrid)
- Monitors and processes the email system and AS400 via established guidelines
- Tracks, indices, and distributes incoming mail and faxes
- Compiles and verifies the accuracy of information; sorts information to prepare source data for computer entry
- Administers tasks within time limits
- Process outlooks emails
- Analyzes and processes reports for the Underwriting Department
- Reviews and processes various vendor reports and billing
- Ensures accurate payments are applied
- Identifies instances of inaccurate payment of accounts; notifies agents of errors for corrections
- Other duties as assigned
- Requires a high school diploma or general equivalency degree G.E.D.
- Experience in an office setting is a plus (This is a hybrid role every other week in the office)
- Requires in-office training for a time to be determined when hired
- Requires computer literacy and the ability to learn software applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Requires attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Commitment to Acceptance’s company values
- Able to lift 0-10 pounds without assistance
