Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Customer service or account management experience preferred
- Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and supply chain processes is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- Ambitious and eager for professional growth
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to address needs, impacts, and solutions throughout the order fulfillment process.
- Communicate effectively to facilitate quoting, forecasting, selling, and processing orders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of customer orders, shipments, and communications.
- Document and resolve issues such as claims, billing discrepancies, and customer inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry-related issues using internal and external resources.
- Understand order-to-cash processes and relevant systems like Plex and Microsoft applications.
