First American is reinventing commercial title from within, including a new-to-industry national sales strategy. We’re looking for a unique, ambitious individual who wants to join an early-stage, high-growth operation within a larger, Fortune 500 organization.
In support of the new sales strategy, you will grow a quality customer base through the acquisition of new business via a SaaS (Software as a Service) sales model.
As a Business Development Representative, you will:
  • Convert low liability, high volume prospects into new customers.
  • Utilize a SaaS sales model.
  • Conduct virtual sales pitches, presenting title insurance and escrow closing solutions.
  • Drive strong conversion rate from pitch to open order.
  • Grow market share from existing customers.
  • Collaborate with a remote team using technology and virtual communication.
  • Use data to drive decision making and continual improvements to the sales model.
Your Qualifications:
  • At least 2-5 years of proven inside sales experience.
  • Savy within a SaaS sales environment (comfortable on camera, Salesforce power user, virtual pitches).
  • Track record of using data to drive sales conversion.
  • Passion for commercial Real Estate

**This position is fully Remote**
Pay Range: $60,000 to $75,000 Base Salary RangeThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
