We are seeking a talented Education Content Creator and Training Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging educational content and designing effective training programs to support our mission of fostering learning excellence.
What You'll Do:
  • Collaborate with states subject matter experts to create high-quality educational content across various formats, including written, visual, and multimedia, tailored to different learning styles and audiences.
  • Design and implement innovative internal and external training programs nationwide.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in education and training.
  • Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to measure the impact and effectiveness of training initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to instructors and trainers to ensure the successful delivery of educational content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to align content and training strategies with business goals.
  • Assist assigned states with all educational needs.
What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in education content creation, instructional design, or curriculum development.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, pedagogical strategies, and instructional technologies.
  • Proficiency in multimedia authoring tools, learning management systems (LMS), and eLearning development software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for education, creativity, and continuous learning.'
  • Title insurance or real estate background required.
Pay Range: $82,925 - $138,175 USD Annual
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
