What You'll Do
- Performs simple to moderately complex accounting activities to maintain complete and accurate general ledger
- Supports accounting in preparation of financial statements
- Prepares journal entries, reconciles accounts and financial records, performs monthly and quarterly fluctuation analysis; creates reports
- Performs various month end and quarter end close activities
- Assist with external, internal audit and corporate compliance requests, including compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Act
- Assists with special projects including process improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- Ability to interpret and apply accounting principles and practices
- Strong computer skills including Excel
- Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 2- 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area desired but not required
Salary Range: $69,000 - $124,000 annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
