We seek Christ-centered professionals who want to join a team of disciplined and talented superstars committed to working together to accomplish our missionThe Campus Operations Technician will be responsible for assisting the Campus Operations Manager in fulfilling the work of the Downtown Facilities Ministry; specifically related to the area of mechanical operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Campus Operations Manager in managing the work functions related to the mechanical operations of the facility
• Provide general mechanical & operational support for the church plant
• Provide expertise in a specialized area of either plumbing, electrical, or HVAC
• Function in an interactive and cross-functional relationship with all other ministries and support areas of the church
• Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Campus Operations Manager

Spiritual

• Fully committed to the Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, and overall church ministry
• Fully committed to biblical Christian principles and teachings professionally and personally
• Fully committed to demonstrating characteristics that reflect a person of faith and a lifestyle of biblical integrity

Professional & Education (Certifications or Licenses)

• Embody the Green Team Characteristics and work according to Operating Principles
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and apply skills learned
• Should have a minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in general maintenance operations
• Preferably needs to be a Journeyman Plumber, Journeyman Electrician, or Certified HVAC Technician
• Must demonstrate proficient knowledge of general terminology related to mechanical operations and procedures
• Should have at least a High School diploma; or equivalent certification

Physical

• Constantly lifting 1 to 10 lbs. and frequently lifting 11 to 50 lbs.
• Frequent walking, 3 miles per day
• Frequently bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, handling, grasping, and keying
• Requires repetitive use of feet and hands
