What We Offer:

We are looking for Independent Contractors with:
- Associate degree or higher (preferred)
- Prior sales experience (required)
- Proficient with basic computer functions and lead software
- Ability to work on-site (In the Las Vegas office, not a remote position)
- Full-time availability
- Adaptable mindset with the ability to balance multiple demands
- A growth mindset, coachable, and willing to learn and apply feedback to your professional and personal goals
A Day in the Life:
- Our Sales Associates take inbound calls and make 100 outbound calls daily to our targeted in-house leads.
- Successful Sales Professionals determine customer needs and transfer the opportunity to senior members of the firm to close.
- Effective Sales Professionals provide value in all interactions with our customers and colleagues.
- Sales Professionals are committed to their performance, demonstrating a competitive and collaborative attitude to meet company goals.
- Sales Professionals take accountability and exhibit resilience to succeed on a competitive sales floor.
Average Transaction:
- Commission: 5%-10% of Gross Sales, additional commissions available for add on products.
- Sales Rep Earnings:$200k expected for our sales representatives.
- Straight Commission Role
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher
- 1 years of experience in Sales
- Proficiency with basic computer functions and lead management software
- Ability to work on-site in our Las Vegas office from 7am to 5pm
- Must pass a background check
