Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supervising behavior analytic programs for individuals with exceptional needs. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients through the application of evidence-based practices in behavior analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Design and oversee implementation of behavior analytic programs.
• Provide supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the care of clients.
• Monitor progress of clients and make necessary adjustments to behavior intervention plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and behavior analytic services.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. OR
• Master’s or doctoral degree in psychology, behavior analysis, education, or related field.
• Alternatively, licensure under Chapter 490 or 491, F.S., (psychologist, school psychologist, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, or mental health counselor) with evidence of work samples and a work history of more than three years of experience in the application of applied behavior analysis procedures to persons with exceptional needs, post-certification or licensure.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in the application of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to ethical practices and standards in behavior analysis
