The Business ServicesAssociate is responsible for delivering support to Business Services customersand assists the Business Services Consultants with preparing agreementsand implementation documents, reporting and special projects. 

·Be proficient inthe following products and services:

•  Business DDAs
•  Business Servicesproducts – Business Online Banking, Business Mobile Banking, ACH, wire, remotedeposit, Positive Pay, etc.

·Internalsupport contact person for Business Servicescustomers. Providing high-level customer support, product troubleshooting andtraining. Liaison between customer and other back-office departments forin-depth research and solutions.

·Prepares agreements and implementation packages basedon information provided by Business Services Consultants.

·Manages customer self-assessments process, serviceimplementation schedule and performs review of service implementation andlimits for accuracy.

·Maintainsdatabase of client lists, limits, conduct purged customers review, etc. for theBusiness Services department.

·Promote business for the Bank by maintaining goodcustomer relations, speaking with customers about service solutions, and referring customers to appropriate staff for newservices using Bank-endorsed techniques and processes.

·Associatedegree, or at least 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combinationof education and experience.

·Bankingknowledge or expertise. Understanding of banking products, regulations,processes.

·Abilityto multi-task and support cross-functional teams. Must be able to provide supportto internal business partners.

·Effectiveoral and written communication skills.

·Mustpossess general problem solving, analytical and research skills. Ability tointerpret written and oral instructions.

·Attentionto detail, well organized, proactive and self-starter.

·Proficiencyin using personal computers and office products (e.g., Word, Excel).
