full-time call center representative (Member Relations Specialist) to join our team to thoroughly and efficiently handle our members' and prospective members' financial needs. Are you looking for a

As a Member Relations Specialist, you realize the importance of extending
excellent customer service to members and prospective members and how that impacts the growth of our credit union. You exude a professional and courteous attitude as you interact with members and fellow employees while troubleshooting and resolving issues.
You focus on keeping the department's abandoned call rate low by promptly handling incoming calls and recognizing opportunities to share your knowledge about new and existing credit union products and services. This helps our team reach established growth targets.
QUALIFICATIONS - Two years customer service experience
- Ability to handle personal, sensitive information professionally
- Strong critical thinking skills with an emphasis on accuracy
- Focused with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks
