First Element Insurance Planners (FEIP) was created to serve as a strategic partner to fee-only registered investment advisor (RIA) firms to add significant insurance and estate planning expertise into the comprehensive financial planning process. With a specialized focus in insurance planning (life insurance, long-term care insurance, disability income insurance, annuities, etc.) and estate planning (individual transfer tax and business planning) solutions, First Element Insurance Planners serves as an extension of an RIA’s team and makes addressing risk management comfortable and easy.

Operations Associate Job Responsibilities:

· Provide operational support to the collective team

· Efficiently manage and prioritize a high volume of life insurance applications

· Communicate with teammates and clients to gather necessary information to facilitate a seamless insurance process for clients

· Provide clients with timely updates and responsive communication

· Lead policy service efforts and communicate effectively with BGA partner

· Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures

· Collaborate with team to resolve inquiries and escalate issues when necessary.

· Maintain accurate records and documentation of all case activities using CRM

Education and Experience Requirements:

· Associate’s degree or higher level of education is desirable

· Experience managing a high volume of life insurance cases, from the completion of the insurance application through placement of the policy in force

· Knowledgeable on life insurance application and underwriting processes

· Customer service and/or administrative experience

· Knowledge of software and strong computer skills (specifically Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
