First Federal Savings and Loan is Hiring an Universal Banker Near San Rafael, CA
Job description
We are seeking a Universal Banker to join our team! We are seeking someone to provide high quality customer service by processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately while ensuring our customers feel welcomed. Prior banking experience is preferred but not required.
We are open Monday through Friday. Closed weekends and most holidays. Travel to other branch locations may be required occasionally.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and transactions
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns
- Identify sales and cross selling opportunities and make qualified referrals
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Cash handling experience
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $23.00 per hour
