Make daily calls to collect Small Business delinquent accounts, manage delinquencies for the line of business.
Make daily calls to collect payments and document client contact in VQN. Mail letters to clients, image to the loan file.
Complete weekly collection reports with various other reports; order appraisals, clear conflicts with attorney if attorney letter needed or litigation, handle bankruptcy notices.
