SCOPE / CONTACTS :

Responsible for maintaining complete and accurate accounting history on all notes. Also, "hands on" accountability for all notes held in a secured area.

There is frequent contact with customers, lending staff, other Holding Company Banks, loan assistants, and other banks by phone.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Accept and process note payments, new notes and renewed notes including data input to the system for multiple banks.
• Accurately and efficiently input new loans within Bank’s core loan system
• Communicate effectively with customers in person and on the phone.
• Assist lending staff and backroom departments with loan related questions.
• Become familiar with our loan systems that you can be relied upon to recognize problems.
• Must actively participate in Customer Service First sales and service culture, support the values of the organization and follow established company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• Twelve to eighteen months banking or similar administrative experience required.
• Loan operations experience preferred.
• Type 45 wpm, 10 key by touch.
