- $1,500 Sign-On Bonus after 30 days!!**
- Plan/implement marketing strategies to establish new Customer relationships with business and consumer clientele.
- Participate in Community Bank activities and initiatives to drive cross-selling success.
- Drive the sales process in the market and assist the CDO with sales goals and marketing plans for the team.
- Provide coaching, recognition, motivation and skill development for direct reports. Including providing direction and sales strategy, coaching of sales methods to staff.
- Represent the bank in community activities, including general networking with local businesses, as well as working with local civil and cultural activities to cultivate new and profitable business.
- Other duties as assigned
- 10 or more years of banking and/or commercial lending experience; general knowledge of credit and overall loan process – application through funding – and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication and impersonal skills
- Excellent delegation skills and ability to maintain professional poise under pressure of time constraints, upset customers, frequent interruptions, etc.
- Prior successful supervisory or managerial experience.
