**Description**

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Develop recruiting strategy for individual openings and consider talent requirements, available resources, and market forces

Serve as subject-matter expert (SME) within the team and provide direction, guidance, and training to staff members

Review processes and procedures and provide recommendations to management regarding ways optimize efficiencies

Delegate tasks to team members, ensure all processes are completed in a timely manner, and address and resolve escalated issues

Recruit for open job requisitions utilizing a variety of internal and external sources

Screen candidates, schedule and conduct interviews, and determine the most appropriate candidates for each open role

Follow up with hiring managers and provide candidate feedback

Assist in compensation negotiations between candidates and hiring managers

Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer brand throughout the talent acquisition process

Proactively develop pipeline talent by skill sets to meet future talent needs

Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage job requisitions

Develop strong relationships with managers and business leaders across the organization

Track recruiting metrics and compile reports to maximize effectiveness and efficiencies within the talent acquisition process

Perform other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong negotiation skills

Ability to problem-solve and develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles

Ability to interface with other departments to resolve issues as applicable

Ability to maintain a customer focus and efficiently and consistently produce accurate work in both individual and team settings

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Solid knowledge of computer systems including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Ability to lead a team and provide guidance and training to lower-level staff members

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree in business administration, human resources, or a related area

7 years of recruiting and sourcing experience

Ability to set recruiting strategy for positions, assess success, and adjust as necessary

Experience in leveraging job boards, social media, LinkedIn, and other sources to identify candidates and build employer brand

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in the mortgage industry

Prior experience supervising or leading a team

Colorado Applicants: If you are hired into a Colorado work location, the compensation range for this position is between $74,540 and $111,811 based on a full-time schedule. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.*
