First Heritage Mortgage Services is seeking a Mortgage Underwriter for its mortgage company. The Mortgage Underwriter is responsible for interviewing applicants for loans and processing various loan applications. Gathers background information and analyzes loan applicant's credit history. Approves or denies loan applications based on analysis.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of prior underwriting experience a must
• Candidates must possess current knowledge of FNMA, FHA, VA, and PHFA programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• DE (Designated Endorsement) is preferred (experience commensurate with position requirements will be considered)
• Hybrid position - must be willing to work in office (Trevose, PA)
